I started coming to the "original" (I guess you could say) hipforums three or four years ago...haven't been on very often since all the accounts were erased and the setup was new...

does Pressed Rat still hang around? wiufcaoltp? I have vague memories of a bunch of cool cats, and coming back here I don't see them posting much.

When I speak of the, "old days", I refer to the time frame between 1999 and 2002. There are still some of us old school members around, but a good majority have left. However, during the past few weeks, there have been more and more members returning.

 

The old forums were the best...they were just different somehow, I miss the old days.

 

Yes, I too was a part of the old hipforums, under a different alias however. Then one day i tried to log on and told me i was no longer a member so i basically said forget this and i noticed how diferent everything was and how annoying it was tha lost my seniority as a senior member. So I left and didn't come back for a year or so. Oh well it was kinda a nice vacation.

 

geez, seems like lots of old posters are coming back and reminiscing. the forums nowadays are good too! dunno what the old ones were like though.
