if you could put anybody together to make a band of a guitarist, bassist, drummer and singer who would you choose? mine would be singer-jim morrison guitarist-jimi hendrix bassist-john paul jones drummer-john bonham
For the sake of argument... Vocals: Paul Rodgers Lead Guitar: Buddy Guy Rhythm Guitar: Keith Richards Drums: John Bonham Bass: Jack Bruce That's nothing definitive ar anything, it just seemed like a very interesting combination in my head just then, when I thought of it.. :H
Lead vocalist: Liam Gallagher Lead guitarist: Robbie Robertson Accompanying guitarist: Noel Gallagher Bassist: Paul McCartney Drummer: Keith Moon That would be teh kewlness. :H
Bill Wyman/jack bruce bass John Lennon -gtr and vocals Eric Clapton - gtr Mitch Mitchell - drums This lineup took the stage for the Rolling Stones Rock N Roll Circus, but they also had Yoko jabbering her usual unbearable noise into a mic, ruining the whole thing for everyone. My other fave also took place in london Howlin Wolf vox Eric Clapton gtr Ringo Starr drums charlie watts drums bill wyman bass steve winwood keys I prefer superstar lineups that actually take place, they always sound so much better on cd!
Dude, Yoko rules.. compared to all the solo Beatles albums, her Fly is better than everything except RAM and All Things Must Pass. In my opinion, of course. :H Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band and Approximately Infinite Universe are awesome too. I haven't heard anything else by her. Her music is very different, tho... I would imagine that more people would dislike it than like it. Especially if you have the bs "Yoko broke up the Beatles" crap in your mind.
i think we've done this before, but what the hey..... Lead vocal- tom waits guitar- jerry bass- bootsy collins drums- mickey hart that'd be groovy
I love your band, so close to what I would say, just change the lead guitarist to georgie harrison and the bassist can be john entwistle. Also... Keith is so sweet and Liam is beautiful
guitarist-jimi hendrixvocals: Rodger Waters and Paul McCartney as back up and on bass I dont know of nay drummers so Imma put out an ad.
Here's the band that would be competing constantly with the first band I made: lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist: Bob Dylan lead guitarist: Brian Jones bassist: Bill Wyman: drummer: Ringo Starr mmhmm :H
Guitar: Steve Howe Bass: Chris Squire Keys: Rick Wakeman Drums: Bill Bruford Vocals: Peter Gabriel or Freddy Mercury (sorry Jon) And definitely Cello: Yo-yo Ma
Guitar: Derek Trucks, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy, Eric Johnson, Eric Clapton, Larry Carlton, and Sonny Landreth Vocals and Harmonica: Paul Butterfield and John Popper Drums: Mitch Mitchell, Ginger Baker, or Steve Gadd Bass: Billy Sheehan, Nathan East, or Tommy Shannon Keyboards and Hammond Organ: Booker T. Jones and Billy Preston
Vocals and Vox-Brandon Flowers Bass-Peter Hook Guitar-David Bowie Drums-Levon Helm Goddam that would be a wild sound, The Killers, Joy Division, Bowie, and the Band!
