not in bars either. That one actually makes me happy... I've got a mild allergy to smoke, so being able to dance without hacking up a lung is rather enjoyable. Plus, people used to have cig's on the dance floor, while drunk, and the whole possibly-being-burned thing isn't much fun.
there's nothing better than being able to go into a nice dark little pub and sit down with a beer and a cigarette.... oh well. i do understand that it's not fair for employees to have to breathe cig smoke for 8 hours straight when they're non-smokers.
Back home i was a cook for cracker barrel, back in the break room we could smoke and we never really gave any thought to the non smokers which was kinda selfish once i think about it now. I understand why they dont let you smoke anywhere inside down here.
isn't this thread about laws forcing people to smoke outside? what the hell, dude.... i'm sorry to hear about your terrible upbringing, but you can't spend your time cursing me for saying i enjoy having a beer in a pub because of it. "die bitches die"?? ...who are you living with right now? i hope you have some kind of solid family or foster parents to depend on, or have a trusted counsellor to talk to, because that kind of crap coming from a 13 year old is frightening. i never said anything bad to you; why would you respond that way? peace, sophia
Honestly dude she has a point, and shes a nice girl so wtf? You had somewhat of a reason to go off on everybody else.
i hate smoking outside, im allowed to smoke in my room but i hate that cuz my computer is fucked up and so i have to be in the office(where im not allowed to smoke) to be on my dads computer. The only anti- cigerette add on tv i ever found wortht he time and money was the one about the waitress who was a nonsmoekr but got lung cancer, that was sad.
I never smoked in my house. I only ever smoke outside. Honestly I prefer it that way. Funny. I smoke on/off. When I don't smoke I miss going outside. I am outside more when I do smoke.
Exactly the same here. Smoking is a great excuse to go outside and such, plus I find it to be a great social comodity. It's a good way to escape from a crowded room or bar and have a good one on one talk with someone while having a smoke.
I am about to go outside to smoke, so i thought i would bring this up. About the workers having to endure smoke, well they DID choose to work there. Its not like its the only job they can get. If you can be a waitress you could be a librarian or something. They dont smoke in libraries.
i see what your sayin but in todays politically correct world you are able to work in a smoke free place
