Okay the great debate in my group of friends is what a food is called... Its beef and stuff wrapped in cabbage leafs... They say is a pig in a blanket... I say a pig in a blanket is a hotdog or sausage cooked in bread... Does anyone know what their actually eating.. It cant be a pig in a blanket.. Maybe a cow in a blanket... How is beef a pig (thats what really gets me)!!!!!!!
Oh man, you must live in my city! They call them pigs in a blanket here, that is NOT what that is....pigs in a blanket are wienies wrapped in bacon and cheese and cresent roll and put in the oven, you are correct! We always called them cabbage rolls where I came from in NM! Carly
my mom makes them, and she always called them pigeons. its a polish dish. but, i dont know if everyone calls them that.
