Not that one must follow a certain practice other than what the Spirit guides them specifically to practice and experiment with, but has anyone ever practiced Sungazing/SolarYoga?...its a practice I had naturally done for years, randomly, and then I found some websites... ever notice how much you love starring at the sunset?, or seeing the sunrise?...there are reasons why your soul is attracted to the beauty, =)... lemme know what you think.
