im tired of hearing them yell at me for grades, hair, shaving my face, etc. i know its good that they care but does anyone else have these problems. (end rant)
or you could tell the to shut up and run your life the way you want it. If you dont want them bitching at you get a job and move out. Don't complane they give you a fucking house, food and a fucking bed to sleep in. Don't be so ungrateful.
I could Kick you and i would Just tell me where you live, and i'll come over and kick you in the head
Your not doing yourself any justice by getting bad grades. If I was your Mom I'd sit with you and find out what clases your having trouble in and then I'd sit with you and figure out a way to pull the grade up. If youl lived in my house and you had crazy hair we'd fix that too. What's your hair look like? Can you post a picture? Your Mom and Dad probably want you to take pride in your appearance. That's why they don't want your hair crazy and your face all scruffy. How often do you have to shave anyway? One day you might be a parent. Honestly I had a better understanding for parents once I became one. There is a certain level of respect we need to give our parents. Believe me, that respect comes right back to you. In a few years you'll be out on your own, you'll be able to sit on your hair if you want to. But for now, at least you have a Mom and Dad who care.
exactly. Life could be a helluva lot worse... at least your parents feed you, don't or rape you on a daily basis.
Being 16, I have (many times) felt like my parents were being unfair to me, but I'm generally a good kid, I dont drink, smoke (asthma prevents me from anyway), or do anything considered remotely bad in their eyes. I get good grades but not because the make me, because I like school. I used to not like my life, but I find that the only way to feel better is to change your lifestyle for the better. Start trying to do well in school, the key word there is TRY. You don't have to go all out and get all A's, just make an effort to do remotely well. About the hair and shaving your face, well those really are kind of nit-picky things (my mom nags me for never wearing my hair down) but they're parents, they're supposed to spend their lives annoying us.
