fucking moby.... gotta love a couple of his songs... chilled with him a few times, he's a cool guy. but what i know of him through the years, he gets no respect from me. bah.
I can't stand Moby and the way he has commercialized, bastardized, and trivialized electronic music in order to be injested and digested by the masses, hense making him a lot of money in the process. 'Porcelain' is a good track, though. It's probably the only track by Moby I like, even if it is a tad derivative of some of the better, less commercial electronica of that time period (late 90's).
I'm not much of a fan of Moby either. I just finished listening to Brian Eno's Nerve Net album (or part of it) and now I am listening to The Art of Dying by George Harrison.
Al Green??? Did you download that song online? It's not uncommon for people to have artist names and/or song titles mixed up. 'Aint No Sunshine' is a Bill Withers' song. Many people have covered it since then, but I don't think Al Green ever has. Of course I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.
well i was listning to the refrigerator but it reaced its set point so now it's just my breathing and the cooling fan in my power supply. earlier though i was listning to a bunch of string cheese and left over salmon and sound tribe sector nine on sam gorski's red heavin on kvmr. there's a train goind by in the distance. i love listening to that. being able to is one of the nice things about where i live. at least at this time of night.
Well, Porcelin is indeed the only Moby song I like... now I'm listening to "Gotta Find Peace Of Mind" by Lauren Hill
