    No sentence should ever have
    the phrase "I love you"
    followed by the word "because."

    Love is not a prostitute.

    I agree. It should be enough to say you love, without feeling the need to add reasons or explanations. But I am not averse to people saying they love things I do...just as long as they do not love me FOR the things I do...it makes all the difference!
