Not that gross...I had a friend that cut his off due to lice...when you squeezed the dread it was like pouring a glass of chunky milk...dreads are beautiful

Cant you see the wax, it might not be visually gross, but imagine if that was in your head

 

How long did you use wax for? And was it knotty boy wax?

 

No man, sorry...I actually don't see the wax...but maybe I'm just blind...haha.

That might well be mould on the wax actually.

 

Ohhhhh...I'm an idiot. I thought those were just 2 different dreads...I didn't know that was one cut in half...haha.

I conquer...ew wax. You had luverly dreads but maybe tis better you chopped em off.

 

I have seen people where they had about an inch of wax on this inside, so thats not to bad!

Ah! I waxed mine for the first 2-3 months! That's horrible. I can't imagine what may be in mine..... actually I don't think there's anything in mine. They are so thin I doubt any would stay in them. Although when I wash my hair little clumps of wax still come out. (but I guess that's a good thing)
