Deviant art issues HELP

Heya all

For some reason deviant art is not letting me log onto its site It works on my dads mac but not from here on this computer. I've tried changing the password and even creating a new account but it just wont work.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? Its been fine up untill last week.

Also i'm making a big vector image for a guy on there (ncs) and i've spent a lot of time on it and really want to make sure he gets it, but i cant get any information from him or to him due to this problem.

Has anyone got any ideas??

It did that to me the other day and it seems to happen once every couple of weeks. I'd suggest leaving it for a couple of hours then trying again

 

Never happened to me before...although I keep on getting time outs lately...

 

no i mean its been doing it for over a week now. it just refuses to let me sign on on this cmputer... or muy computer refuses to let me sign into that site... either way i wanna sort it.

 

hmmm... maybe you've got spyware?

 

i've already run a spyware thing using ad aware, and ive run both of my virus scanners :S

the problem could be ......if you are using (aol)you won't gain access to deviant.They are having some kind of cyber war with aol.Deviant's system won't recognize aol browsers.Try logging in from another browser,that is what I had to do when I first joined.

 

no im not on aol. :s arg this is annoying

 

go to the Options, privacy, or preferences menu at the top of your browser and look for "cookies" then click clear
