Blatant disrespect? Yes. Terroristic is if he asked for funding to blow up your barn...

question... doest that person know where you live in order to live up to his threats? Does he know who you are and you know him? If so, that's when you should start looking into criminal actions.

measa420 already posted a thread about those comments here http://hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85836 and this is the advice I gave to him

I think we both know that he isn't going to blow anything up. Sure he's an idiot...of that I'm sure. Disrespect also as someone already stated above, but do you really think that he intends to blow up a farm? I don't think so. It would probably be a waste of your time to pursue any type of action. It would also be a shame to have someone imprisoned over a silly forum post, although I don't think that you would succeed in that goal anyways. Even though I think he is an idiot, I don't think he deserves to be imprisoned.

THere is no way to convict someone using the internet. Because when Herb gets caught 'someone else logged onto his account after sneaking into his house and made spoof posts and Herb knew nothing about it'.

Well there in lies the problem,, he only uses others to ask for funding from the feds,,after all he is free white an 19,, who's gonna give a someone like him a dime ?:p

However,, i still feel threatened when whomever this person percieves itself to be threatens me an mine..

    an a after thought..

So if i say lose my herd to a pack of wild dogs ,,an i file a insurance claim,or a police report, an they ask if someone had a grudge against me,, would said statements be a valid grudge type statement??

cause yall that know me,, know im always about facts...;)

No one can really tell you what your perception of a threat is. If you feel this man is a serious threat to your domicile, then by all means take the measures needed to prevent anything happening. However, I think he's just blowing hot air up your tail.
