I confess, I did not file my taxes for the second year in a row. Partially, because of laziness. You see I had like seven jobs last year, and I moved, so I never took initiative to round up all my w2's. The sad thing is that this year, I probably would have had a small refund...very small. Last year I actually prepared my taxes, and to my dismay, owed $450. Apparently the company I had worked for for the las 4 months of 2003 "forgot" to pay the correct amount of income tax for some of its employees...the money was taken out of my check every week, where did it go? I got an extension, but the dead line came and went during a time when I was extremely destitute, so I never had the money, and I never filed!!! Now I'm a criminal to an even bigger extent than I was!! Oh well.....at least I ain't scammin the welfare system, or the student loan system.. I'm still a rat bastard though
one of my relatives has never filed, he's in his fiftys, and god knows they had a chance to find him, he was in an institution for a year
i have a friend who is battling in court , she hasnt paid her taxes in like 4 yrs.she's winning though! She has no lawer! (i'm serious) the government having people pay taxes is actually illegal.if your interested in this legality stuff (at all!) go 2 naturalpersons.org....
the IRA calls my house asking where my dad is, the government has a hard time finding him, he doesnt put anything in his name, never pays taxes, all that stuff, never paid child support. i saw him on the news once when they were doing the local "deadbeat dad" crackdown.. i love my dad.
