a half ounce for 60 bucks

yesterday i bought a half ounce for 60 bucks. it's just mid grade, but for 60 bucks a half (same as 15 an eighth) that's what you have to expect.

yesterday, i smoked a joint and a bowl when i got it, then i smoked 3 bowls, then another, and another. i woke up this morning so burnt out, and all i've been doing all day is smoke. so far, like 2 joints and 4 bowls. i sound like i'm bragging, but i'm not trying to and i don't really care if i am, ha. (not to say i even have anything to brag about).

anyways, after all of that smoking last night (a joint and like 6 bowls), i weighed my bag, and it still weighed 6 grams. oh shit, hold up. i only kept a quarter for myself, the other one was for my girlfriend. so my bag originally should have had 7 grams in it. i weighed it last night and it still weighed 6. funny thing is, i thought the bags were short when i got them. it's brick weed, so it breaks up nice. i prolly started out with like 8 or 9 grams. i'm so happy.

 

Something similar happened today, I bought 15 bucks worth(about 2g) and cut it up, had a big pile of bud, I smoked this really fat bowl in a ghetto bong, which was in the freezer to cool the water, me and my buddy where taking such big hits we musta coughed evry time. Im still in a lil buzz from it, I smoked it at like 2pm and its not 4:44pm. crazy. And I still have a bowl left tonite, my guts are bursting with joy.

 

Dude I got the same deal as you, I love it. My tolerance went down since I've been on vacation for two weeks (unable to smoke) and I can smoke one bowl of mids and get really stoned.

It kind of sucks though because I keep having to smoke more because my friends tolerances are still pretty high.

 

Yes, you are simply happy...and for that we are all happy...but do you have to brag about bargain-basement deal?

As opposed to $180/half ounce! I won't brag about a favorite pacific northwest blend, appropriately called Blueberry Buds...although, I suspect I just did!

I just harvested my Northern Berry girls. They are a cross of Northern Lights #5 x Blueberry. Excellent smoke, head spinning high, awsome fruity/citrus flavor, I just can't say enough good things about this strain!!! I ended up with 3 ozs from 2 females and it cost me $0.

The Blueberry strain you speak of was created by DJ Short in the early 70's. It is an excellent strain if grown correctly. It is not known for it's ease of growing. Hopefully you are getting actual Blueberry buds. Do you buy from the grower or is it a dealer just telling you it's Bluberry?

 

I'm sure a dealer would never embelish the quality of his product!

I'm surprised they're not screwing you in NY.

It's $800 a lb on the street in FL, less with a hook-up.

 

What kind of light did you use? Was it free?

3oz off 2 plants? I guess that's ok.

4 to 8 would be more resonable. Might as well grow sog and cut the time 30%.
Even if you had cut the plants up for clones, the re-rooting time wouldn't have added any lenght to the whole process and would dramatically increase your yield. 6-10 one OZ plants in 4 months or so.

 

I love smoking every chance possible, and as much as possible. I really don't get "burnt" anymore, or I can still think clearly at least. But I still feel relaxed and nice even when I'm not stoned during periods of heavy smoking.

 

That's pretty standard for NY... maybe a bit more, but with a hook up, you can get pounds for $500-600. Actually, I don't know if there is a street price, because most people who can get you a pound ARE hook ups. I mean, if you have a conection where you can get a pound for $800, that's not too bad at all. Florida probably has it cheaper, because that's where all the smugglers arrive.

Those cheap lbs in NY are the same stuff that's $30-$40-$50 an oz on the streets of Texas or Florida or So. Cal. Not as good a quality.

How low quality is the bud?
I get ounces of decent mids for 100. It's almost all nugs and it's generally got a good amount of hairs without too many seeds. My dealer considers it regs, but having smoked regs earlier on it isn't anywhere near regs.. See, I think regs SUCK, and I would ONLY put regs in blunts, if I had to. I remember one time smoking regs in a bong that I had, I threw up after 2 hits.

 

What you call "Mids" I call "regs" (old habit), and what you're refering to as "regs" I call ditchweed.

If it's brown and seedy, it's probably ditch.

But that dosen't mean it's no good. Just not as good as some.

Remember, you're paying $100 an oz for the seeds in the bag, too. $200 an oz with no seeds might be a better deal.

 

My parents just got another lb, I'll try and take a picture with it sometime tomorrow. It's some of the best looking schwagg I've seen in a while. It's a darker green, but you can definitely see red hairs. There are a bunch of seeds in this lb though.

i am a robot: because it's just mid grade weed. nothing special. also i got it from my aunt's hook up and she's been smoking for quite some time. wait a few years buddy.

aesther: mids are just one step above schwag. some seeds and a lil brownish, but not seedy as hell, brown, dirt weed. nugs are what i call good weed, also dank, whatever. but the mids that i got were in nug form, just not nug quality. but not shit either. just close.
