I am a Beginner and I need some advice, could someone help me please?

:H I have germinated 19 seeds, its been 5 days. A few (3 or 4) have begun to show their true leaves. All but two have sprouted through the rockwool and have leaves. I started them all in rockwool cubes under a humidity tent with no light. I am going to be using an F & D hydro setup with two rooms. I will be using rockwool as my grow medium. I have General Hydroponics FloraGro(2-1-6), FloraMicro(5-0-1) and FloraBloom(0-5-4). When should I start fertilizing and giving them light? What schedule would you recommend for giving the nutrients? (example: 15 min. intervals 3x a day)
