Does nitroglycerin have any street value? I have a bottle of those tablets they give heart attack patients after they've had a heart attack to increase their heart rate. My mom brings them home from work all the time, just wondering if they had any value.

The main function of nitro is, that it relaxes your blood vessels, espacially the coronary. The increase of your heart rate is only a secondary reaction of your body to the first effect.
Neither can I see any value for nitro as a drug.

It could cause serious health problems in a person who doesn't need it. At the least, a horrible head ache, at the most, a heart attack, and death. Also, nitro doesn't mix with other drugs well. Many commonly prescribed drugs can really mix dangerously with nitro.

I'd dump it. Also, it degrades quickly especially when exposed to air and moisture. Holding it in your hand for a few seconds is enough to damage it. Which is why they sell those metal, moisture proof containers for Grandma to wear around her neck, so she can keep her Nitro safe and dry and get to it easily when she had an angina attack.

But nitro can be very helpful when you´re under E and have too much vegetative side effects (WARNING: This is for very experienced users with medical background only!).

Because of the dilatating effect to your arteries and veins, it can lower your blood pressure very fast (within seconds). Sometimes under E, your blood pressure can go very high (above 240/160 mmHg), which may cause heart arrhythmia, headaches and nausea. In such situations, nitro is very helpful.

Thank you, that is good to know. :) You can never know too much when you are a Harm Reduction Advocate. Do you have any references so I can do some more research on this? Do you know if it can lower the really high body temperature some people get when they do too much E?

Put their feet into cold water!

Sorry, but I don´t have reference for the nitro use, that´s just one thing I figured out logically and then tried it - and it worked.

One good thing to know about E: the elimination is catalytically forced by insuline (that´s why E acts 2 or 3 times longer when you suffer from diabetes). So if you want to end a trip really fast, drink 1 or 2 liters of cola (the heavy stuff, coke light won´t work) and eat some chocolate bars (of course only if you don´t have diabetes). An intravenous injection of glucosis works even better.
You can also eat some ascorbine acid (vitamin C), because it lowers the pH of the urine, which will also speed up the elimination of the E.
