What is a Dime?

I know it's a stupid question, but I've heard it's a half eighth, but someone also told me it's just a 10 so which is it?

digitaldj... like i already said... it depends on what you're buying.... if its shit schwage... then yes..... you'll pay $10 for 1g..... but if ya smoke the higher grade shit.... which smells great... looks great and tastes great.... and gets you higher... then you'll get .7 for $10.... sometimes .5.... for the really heady shit

 

I always thought

Dime = 10$ = 1/5 of 50$ (50$ eigth) = 1/5 an eigth = .7 grams

 

Around here it's a 1/4 of a 40 bag which is typically an 1/8.
