Why are sharks so scary?

    :eek: I don't go into the ocean due to sharks...I figure that they don't come onto land and bother me so I won't go into there home and bother them. I am so terrified of sharks that at a young age I was afraid to swim in a pool...i thought that they would come up through some kind of hidden trap door!!!
