ok, its been a while since i post a thread here, so yeah i was thinking about what my plans are for the next 8 years (before i turn 30!) i guess by the age of 30, many things will have happen, not that i'm saying that life ends there, cos fuck no!, just that you know, it's like the end of something and the start of another stage in your life...maybe not but then, for some people turning 30 might be a big deal. anyway, what are you planning to do before your 30th birthday? i hope i would have travelled a lot! met someone nice, done a PhD, got a job that i like, done mushrooms, got my own flat and had sex with a girl. thats it..
1) have sex infront of my house - oh wait ive done that 2) get so drunk i accidentally drink piss - nope done that as well 3) play a game with my mates that involves me at the ned as a forfit for loosing to get boned in the head by a dog - :S yup, thats already happened 4) pee through sum1s door - he he that was fun 5) discreetly lick thge fastest fighter jet in the world - hehe yup did that too aswell as hump its engine, and discreetly lick the huey helicopter 6)......post on this thread - yay
okay, this is a list I made in another thread a few weeks ago. I want to do as much of this as I can in the next ten years, of course there is never a rush. 1. Learn the guitar 2. Meet someone from seinfeld (kramer!) 3. Learn the drums 4. Learn the sax (fusion band!) 5. Travel to Japan 6. Travel to Europe (Ireland, England, Germany, Denmark) 7. Run a marathon (up to 13 miles) 8. Learn karate or kung foo 9. Travel to NZ or Aus. 10. Travel to Oregon and Cali (and a lot of other US states) 11. Fly in an airplane 12. Learn to snowboard 13. Re-learn computer animation and learn even better 14. Learn to breakdance 15. White water rafting 16. Meditation techniques 17. Become more of a handy man (like Tim Taylor minus the mistakes) 18. Publish a book 19. Help a less fortunate person out (than go from there) 20. Sky dive 21. Go to a college basketball final four 22. Attend world cup soccer (germany 2006 maybe?) 23. Run with the bulls 24. Meet a comedian (jerry seinfeld) or musician (roger waters) 25. UFO watching 26. Apologize/forgive all those I may have hurt in the past 27. Make a new friend at least once a month 28. Come up with something innovative (in the process with a fellow forum friend) 29. Scuba dive 30. Kayak to this one island I have yet to get to 31. Go to a major crew reggata 32. Reconnect with at least one long lost friend, at the rate of a few a year 33. Make somebodies day at least once a week 34. Read the lord of the rings triolgy (and books in general) 35. Travel to China (and the great wall of course) 36. Hike the AT 37. Egypt (those pryamids blow my mind) 38. Tri-athalon 39. Meet the love of my life (and just the feeling of changing someones life) 40. Own a house 41. Have a pet skunk (you can have operations to remove stink glands) 42. Travel somewhere within Africa 43. Dream control 44. Eat authentic Chinese food 45. Have at least one deep conversation a day 46. Be a goof ball with one person a day 47. Travel to Mexico and try authentic Mexican food and tequilla 48. Get a poem published in a major magazine 49. Meet someone from far away (like pen pals than actually meet them) 50. Learn how to scale things (walls, ect and climbing in general) 51. Graduate college (two years!) 52. Learn something new every day 53. Learn to cook 54. Bike 100 miles 55. Exp the sun set/rise from many different areas in the world and compile pictures 56. Travel to at least one tropical place 57. Become a better photogrpaher with old school cameras 58. Eat authentic rice a roni while on those car things in SF 59. Read up even more on psychology and philosophy, sociology and learn all the terms, ect. 60. See an inactive volcano, up close
hmmm... i want to move away from here.. get a job i love.. get married, maybe have a kid or two... travel some more...learn to sew, and build furniture hopefully i can get all that done in 8 yrs.
As long as I get my degree before I'm 30 I'm happy. After they put that magical piece of paper in my hands, I'll be off to do just what I do now. Any damn thing I please.
Hmmmm....... perhaps we can fix that early...... if you'd just be so kind as to step into my office, we'll make your dreams come true
Well being that I only have a little over 3 years before I reach 30, I'm already married and have 3 young children, I can't say I have any other definite plans at this point! I'm just taking each day as it comes I suppose. We shall see.
