Are there so called 'watchdog groups' who think they

they are better than anyone, that will follow you around if they think you have done something 'they' don't like? I read in a forum that these groups conspire with each other and with government to secretly harasse people on a 'shit list'...in my opinion what I've read is really hard to believe, but if it's true, then these jerks are everywhere. The same forum though, postings include 'electronic' 'microwave' harassement, and these are definitely unbelievable, which brings me to the watchdog groups if these are real or not. In the forums they mention decals on cars, like 'W' some cars and SUV's have them, some have the same ones but 'crossed' out as if against these 'W's...some decals with strange crosses, 'v's......Anyone here heard anything about any of this? True or not? Fact or Fiction? Proof or not proved?

trying to find out, I've read about them....and if they do exist they should be wiped out, exterminated. I wished that more people on this forum would have responded but you are the first. Guess nobody thinks it is important.
