<rant> I was listening to the radio the other day because I didn't have any CDs with me. All of a sudden this song comes on where the guy is is whispering through the entire song. Forgive me for not knowing who the artist is. I don't think that I want to know anyways. I don't normally get angry, but I felt like I couldn't help it. All I could think was they've gone too far now. I had to turn the radio off because it disgusted me. Now I'm hearing that song all the time. It just kind of pisses me off because I have several friends who are in bands. Some of them are pretty good and they spend hours and hours working on their music in order to improve their music. Then there's some guy who can just whisper some lame ass lyrics through an entire song, get played the fuck out on the radio, and get paid big time. I wouldn't doubt it if there is a video out for this bullshit also. What the fuck is wrong with people. I thought 99% of all mainstream rap sucked anyways, but this is just ridiculous. </rant>
man that is whack as hell iheard that song. i totally agree with you, the only thing i can see is that it is new, and i have some respect for new/different styles of music. but personally, the sound of them whispering like that about fucking a girl creeps the hell out of me and actually pisses me off. i don't know why but that whisper sound for 5 minutes just touches a nerve.
