Best Movie Ending

I cant think of a movie right now, except Blow. That made me cry.

i liked the whole movie of eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, i can't really remember the ending though

 

Best ending is probably Lost in Translation

 

Perhaps not the best but I think it's worth mentioning. The original Planet of the Apes

 

I forget the title. (BLAH!) It was a movie with Denzell Washington, he's a cop, and is chasing a demon which inhabits people, and is transfered from person to an other through touch. The movie starts and ends with Denzel's voice saying "I want to tell you about the time I almost died."

 

Fallen. Yeah, weird twist.

 

The end of American Graffitti was pretty good too.

I like the ending of easy rider. I know it's an awful ending, but it's so unexpected. I like that.

 

American History X, Fight Club have great ednings. I love the song in the end:"where is my mind.. where is my mind.. " I didn't like Easy Rider and I think Zabriskie Point could be ended in other, more amazing way..but it's ok.
I like the ending of "Hair" movie, but I think the best ending ever got:
DEAD POETS SOCIETY
the best film ever made..

btw, does anyone like the ending of "My Private Own Idaho" ? blah.. I was angry about.

 

HA, I love that ending. When their dancing to Jackie Wilson and Randolph starts flying, and Sheldon rubs his eyes and then starts flying too. Classic

 

Butch Cassidy and the Sundanec Kid, Braveheart, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Dr. Strangelove is definitely awesome, The Matrix(but it's kind of ruined after the sequals came out)

 

The butterfly effect. If u haven't seen this film yet,DO. It has a million and one twists and the most amazing and moving ending. Minority report has a pretty good ending aswell.

 

Citizen Kane. The ending took place at the beginning of the film.

 

i think forrest gump has the best ending .. I love that movie.. IT is just so sweet.

I think one of the best endings that I can think of for now would be Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.


"But remember Charlie, what happened to the little boy who suddenly got everything he every wanted.."

-"what?"

"He lived happily ever after.."

I still get teary eyed over that one.

 

The Others with Nicole Kidman has a good twist at the ending

 

I love the ending of Sleepaway Camp when Angela does that scary face thing.
