Yeah, it was a TV movie. It was given through the perspective of one of the young women who was part of Charles Manson's cult-thing.

that and the woodstock 1969 concert film the rest were cheap b movies mostly about outlaw bike gangs with hippies thrown in the movie. in reality very few hippies mix with outlaw bikers. but many of this bike gangs intruded on hippies comunitys now and then since they were allways on the move. but film wise this 2.

    'I Shot Andy Warhol'

Not much of the 60s outside Andy's life, but a great movie nonetheless.

I once decided to watch 'Hair' but I turned it off after having seen 10 minutes. I usually never turn off a movie that quick, but i couldn't stand this one. The hippies in 'Hair' look like people from the 80s who listen to hair metal. Didn't look like the sixties at all. Plus, the music wasn't sung by the original artists. And i think i just don't like musicals (altough i loved 'Singing in the rain'!)

I can agree with that Skelter but then you've missed the end that is probably the best part of the movie..."let the sunshine in", the most powerful part.

Oh...and have we mentioned “Almost Famous”

Are there any movies with sweet animation such as pink floyds the wall or the beginning of the greatful dead movie? BTW is the greatful dead movie a good purchase, I cannot deciede if it is worth the 20 bucks.

I wish there was a movie with sweet animation the entire time... the closest thing that comes to that is waking life and disney movies. Any suggestions? Thanks guys
