THIS is horrible

Has anybody heard of that austrailan girl who's luggage was found with 9 lbs of pot in it at an airport in Indonesia. She says it was planted, and i believe her b/c how stupid could somebody be to try to get 9 lbs of pot through an airport, and that shit happens all the time in places like that... anyway, she is on trial and if she is found guilty, guess what? Death by firing squad.

I dont really care if she did it or if it was planted. But DEATH. I'm outraged over this.

 

That's horrible..i hadnt heard that but i pray that the truth surfaces for her...

and i agree, even if she is guilty...death is absolutely ridiculous. we should protest for her! all around the world.

people get off on MUCH less for murder and rape. but yet 9lbs of pot?? and no less death by a FIRING squad? that's terrible, simply terrible.

nice but honestly...our system is so messed up. im absolutely certain that even if i had never smoked pot before i would think that was insane. im serious about that protest....

I agree, it´s horrible.
But how stupid must someone be, to try to smuggle drugs out of a country, where you can get the death penalty for that. There are lots of countries all over the world where the penalty is much less. Sorry, but my opinion is: she asked for it - she got it!

 

That story was in high times. It is sad to hear about. I also believe that it was planted. No one is that stupid to try and smuggle pounds of weed right through an airport. I hope that she is found not guilty, but the government over there is really harsh.

 

It's bad... I don't know whether to believe her or not about it being planted; it would've had to be done at the airport or she should've noticed at 4.1 kilo's... which is an even scarier thought, 'cause not letting a suitcase out of your sight is one thing.. but at the checkin you have to let it out of your sight! What if anyone working there had planted it? And how thorough are they in collecting evidence in Indonesia, do they like check the suitcase for fingerprints?

 

they don't have a lot of money to spend on investigating crimes like that in Indonesia. Especially for an Australian woman. Maybe her country will pull a few strings, but for the most part, she's fucked.

 

I hope everyone here, given the chance, would spit in the face of the person who sentences her to death. Smoke weed everyday.

i saw a movie similar to this, where two girls traveling to asia have a bunch of heroin planted on them... yeah its horrible that countries still permit the death penalty for that kind of thing. in singapore, if you are found with even a little bit of weed its death. a while back some australian kids went there and got caught with a nickle bag. the un tried to stop it but they were put to death. scary...

 

That is terrible. I saw her on the news last night and the poor womyn looked like she was near death, from the terrible conditions in the Indonesian Jail.

The Australian governemnt should demand that she be returned. Hell. ask the Americans for help, we can bomb the fuckers if they don't let her go. (An actual reason for bombing, as opposed to the BS in Iraq.)

The Indo government is SO corrupt, there is no way this womyn can get a fair trial. She looks a little to smart to have just put this much pot in her luggage. Isn't this the same country who FLOGGED an American teenager last year for "vandalism." I think these hinky dink government do stuff like this to try to bribe the victim's goverment.

It is so obvious she's not guilty. Who would smuggle weed into Indonesia?? She was going to Bali too. Most Aussies know that thats a good place to go for weed. If someone brought that much weed to indonesia, they'd lose money by selling it because it's so cheap there!
