Seems like utopia for me, especially because of the horses, it's something I've always had fantasies about, going to work on a horse; I hate cars, u know, the only one I would drive is an eco-car.
    Maybe someday....:)

I looked at some sites about Eureka Springs and it looks like a beautiful area and town for sure. Do you know where there is land near for so cheap a price? Just the other day I was looking at some real estate listings for the Ozarks and the ones I saw had building code restrictions, like only homes of native stone or log structures allowed, which is way out of my financial trip. I did'nt do a very hard search at all and these listings were in Missouri anyway. What you're talking about sounds very interesting and that sure looks like pretty country. Guess I'll see if I can't do a better job of real estate searching, I'm stuck in Minnesota fo another 18 months anyway got a little legal hangup and my ma's 82, and I need to help her out as she's in pretty rough shape, no reletives near eccept me, so I can't go galivanting off for too long altough I may try to get to the rainbow national this year. Your post really lifted my morale today, thanks I'll get back to you.
