i guess there's a different story every season (logically), but yeah, i think it's always about anti-terrorism
I am not sure about past seasons, but this season is about fighting terrorism and stopping their attacks. The concept of the time is awesome. Each season is 24 hours long and each episode is an hour from the 24. So there is no time elipses in the season.
My dh and I used to watch this. But it gets more and more far fetched, and there are SO MANY holes in the plot, both this season and last, that we quit watching it. I mean, how many terrorist threats to the entire nation can ONE GUY handle in a lifetime? And, of course, Keifer Sutherland is alway the ONLY dude who can fix things. Also, the torture this season was too much for me. It made the character to unlikable. And of course, he is NEVER wrong. It just got to much to even pretend to beleive.
Check it out http://www.wsws.org/articles/2005/apr2005/2424-a05.shtml I always thought there was someting fishy about this show, and heres this article saying that the creators attended a meeting asking Hollywood for help with the war on terrorism.
People can truly read anything within anything they wish.. If you in anyway agree with this portion of the text then of course '24' is more Fox media war mongering propoganda.. Being wildly over sensitive does not help either.
