first id like to say that i love this forum and all you dreadheads who post. so ive been thinking of getting dreads, so i stoped coming my hair. It seems that my hair locks up pretty well, its really curly, but it seems everytime i wash my hair the little dreaded parts come out, and im left with unlocked hair. does anyone have any suggestions?? id love any sujestions (p.s. my hairs about 6 inches long)
What kinda shampoo are you using? Make sure it doesnt have any conditioner or leave any residue! Other than that I'd say just keep up what you are doing. It takes awhile to natural get dreads, sometimes years.
