I could go for some nice summerland afternoon delight, especially in the mountains. Ever bathed in a spring creek in the middle of a summer afternoon. Surely a delight for both the dog and man in all of us.

Tell you the truth, my grandfather's dog found the spot, but I followed him one day when I was real young, like 6 or 7 or so. I followed him a mile and a half just to find this spot. A real true delight. The water is refreshing but beware, you better have a knife with ya, I found copperheads out the ass there. Had to kill quite a few before they got me. Not only copperheads but other snakes which I killed for some reason. Now I know they are harmless and now I know which ones are. I only kill those who are harmful.

what state? I did it in CO. Met some kids at a truck stop ( who said they knew the girl that claimed the basket-ball player raped her last year, they say shes a hoe) and they asked me if i wanted to drink some So-Co then took me to the hot spring when i said yes. Long story short i stayed till morning and bathed.

haha man, awesome. Matty McFatty, you got the springs for it. I live in Northern Va, and I own land in Southern VA. Virgin...ia.. for you dumb mother fuckers. But Coppers are almost unheard of in southern VA but where I own land and where I got this spring... (Off another farmer's pond) there are tons of snakes on my side of the spring. And Copperheads are unheard of where I own land. They usually remain in at least NC and below... but for some reason, they really like this spring. But the first time I killed one was when I was 8. I grew up knowning all harmful factors of nature and as a farmer/ lumber/ carpenter grandson.... wood piles and creeks were off limits. Copper heads roam them. But I killed my first one at 8. I knew the signs of one. So I picked up my knife when a copper was about 6 feet from me. Took my knife.. and made one hell of a day for a snake. Let's just say I've killed over 20 of them.. And they are supposed to be very rare around my area. It's weird... a spring brings not only hippies but snakes too ;)

fuck ya bastards that say that I shouldn't have killed them.. when they are 6 ft. and enclosing... they are a threat.. for sure. There have been many other Copperheads I've saved from destruction. I just can't risk my life from 6 ft. and closer. Respect nature, don't desolate it... don't destroy it... respect it until it becomes a threat.. from a 90+ year old man. Respect age. Hippies ;)

What the hell, we have copperheads all the time around here... when I was eight, one crawled into my dad's shirt while he was getting some boxes of corn seed out of his workshop (we had a farm). It was hiding in one of the bags of corn...
