Okay so I was working tonight and somone threw a Jar of oysters at me and the lid came off and they were all over me.. and i was soo Sicked out...Arg i hate seafood.. and meat.. I am vegitarian because i don't like the taste or look of each... and the feeling of eating something that used to walk on the earth makes me upset... so yeah that was my horrable story of the day. has something like this ever happend to you before?
sissy boy.. lol It was just discusting.. fish has to be the sickest feeling in the world.. i guess it would be the same as somone puking on you?. idono I got over it.. but the feeling of oysters is discusting...
I love to eat oysters, but I still think they'd be slimy and gross to get them thrown all over me... smell like fish all evening, blah Although I'd find it more of a waste of the oysters than gross in a puke kinda way
i think the fact that you're getting shit hurled at you at work is the real problem here, not meat as food. yes, no, anybody? lol
LOL, I guess so... if it was on purpose... I just sorta assumed they were fooling around, tossing a closed jar you'd catch and it came open by accident... but if your co-workers do that on purpose that'd be sorta sick to begin with yeah...
I wanna know why it's sick to eat something that "used to walk the earth," but it's okay to eat something that grew out of it. And those things also are fertilized by the shit of things that walked the earth -- even in nature without man's interference. Besides, people bitch about eating poor defenseless animals. But at least the animals have the chance/ability to run away! How the fuck can BROCCOLI escape being eaten?! It can't! It's captive from the moment it germinates to the moment it's harvested to the moment it's steamed, served, chewed, digested, and shit out to become a plant again. Talk about unfair. Free the helpless, immotile vegetables!! :$ -Jeffrey
some people have the worst misnomers.... I'd say the "problem" is with immature coworkers. How do you hang working with flesh if is texturally offensive to you? Do you tune it out? I know ya gotta make the rent, band I have empathy for folks stuck in a job where they MUST be in contact with something they would not have in the house. as for the facetious (i hope) post above, before anyone else jumps on this, feed lot animals have no chance to escape. cow-calf pairs get a few hours more if they evade roundup (I notice the methods depend on the region) We must eat something. Some people prefer to go direct to the source.
