Which is your favorite?

Hmm... good list. But I am a true Beatles-fan. Or a Who-fan.

 

I have no favorite band, but from that list I would have to go with Pink Floyd.

Well, if it is presented as an answer to the question "Which is your favortie band?", it might be a band...

 

some great groups listed . for me personally i think there all favourites in their own way . neil young and hawkwind would be on my list . /peace

Can't really say.... Lately i've gotten started on Supertramp alot... I love the logical song.... From the bands listed, Grateful Dead definitely. Grateful dead was my second rock concert (I saw them when I was 9, REO speedwagon at 7). Though Im sort of a stickler for folk music.... Maybe the Weavers lol?

 

It all depends on what kinda mood im in...

well, I am half inclined to agreeing that phish sucks, however, Im nicer and say "They aren't the best."

I see Phish like I do Fleetwood Mac.... A few good songs does not make a great band. It makes for time not wasted on the radio.

 

I find that I like solo artists in general more than bands. I pick ZZ Top as my favorite band, although 15 or 20 years ago, it would have been different, but the bands I liked then ended up sucking in the end. If my favorite band of all time was the question... I'd have to say the beatles. But there are many solo artists I like better than any band, and Peter Gabriel is my favorite of them.

 

if you put a list of bands, and than put other... other will always be my choice... everyone knows the blood brothers are my favorite band.

they arent hardcore... (if they were hardcore they'd be complete assholes)..they are in their own lil experimental world... i think me and my friends came up with experimental-surrealist-dadaist-screamo-core

Cool, I've only heard one song by them, so I guess I didn't get a real good impression.

 

a lot of people call them hardcore, but they are so weird that they cant be classified.
They have just recently, with crimes, started using lyrics that have obvious meaning instead of just surrealist/dadaist ramblings.
