How bad does Bush want to ruin our future?

I am currently holding in my lap a copy of todays news paper from Albany, Ny's Times Union for May 6th, 2005 and it states on the front page:
BUSH LIFTS FOREST RULES
For those who are not familiar with the forest rules it is as follows: The President of this "great nation" ended the ban on development in roadless areas of federal lands. So now, people with the correct permission can go into your state park and could possibly begin drilling, logging or mining. As the Times Union states, "The Bush Administration ended a 4 year old ban on development in roadless areas of national forests Thursday. The move could pave the way for oil and gas drilling, logging, mining and road building in 34.3 MILLION acres of untouched woods."
Though these acres are not in NY State where I preside, there are relevant to those in the western states such as Colorado, Alaska, Wyoming etc. You know, some of the most beautiful untouched states. Cause I know that when I want to go see the rocky mountains, I want to see tons of development. Or if I end up in Alaska one day I know I can't wait to see an accidental oil spill. It would be great fun! Fun for the whole family! C'mon kids!! Let's go check out the oil towers!!! Hooray!!!
If you haven't been ignorant for the last 4 + years then you will understand more in dept what this is really about. Let's analyze shall we the following.
America was attacked on September 11, 2001 by a terrorist organization lead by a man named Osama Bin Laden. Americans go fight and search for Osama Bin Laden. All of a sudden, American soldiers find themselves in Iraq scratching their heads on how the hell they ended up there. Bush claims it is because their leader was a threat to the American way of life which is "freedom." The American people get wrapped up in what this idiot of a president is saying. "He is a threat! Defend America!" Does anyone stop to think about what happened with Osama? Don't you think that Bush was just out to prove that he could do something his daddy couldn't? Ok so Bush fucks things up, and now Americans are pissed off cause our gas prices are very unreasonable and only going to get worse because he just had to prove himself as a "man" more then a president that is supposed to be representing the people. So now he is trying to make things better but in fact just making matters worse for future generations. He is now taking away the natural beauty that is left.
I am by no means a nature fanatic. I do enjoy the greatness that the outdoors has to offer but not a fanatic. I just don't like to see my future ruined because this fucking moron has to keep trying to cover up his mistakes. Please tell me that I am not the only one left to ponder the question "How bad does Bush want to ruin our future?"

I am under the impression this man won't stop until he has done everything to please himself at the expense of the world. Almost every decision he made, is not supported by any ration thought. He seems to have forgotten all about Bin Laden. At first, he was portrayed as the major bad guy. A few months later, that role was taken by Hussein. How does that happen so fast? Becuase he's a lying, agressive president.

What has he reached in 4 years? He has changed the law to make abortion an act of murder. He has legalized automatic weapons. He made sure that San Fransisco will feel forever sorry about their discision of legalizing gay marriage. He declared the most idiotic war of the past century, and he doesn't even understand that state and church should always remain seperated.

George Bush should be selling hotdogs rather than discussing financial problems of America.

 

::cries:: God, will he ever stop? And I want to know who the hell re-elected him? I couldn't vote (I missed it by 2 mos...)...but I know I wouldn't have. Doing the best for "industry" and "business" doesn't seem to be the best for the world. And when its all over and you leave this world...money doesn't go with you. What's the point? I'd rather have a green forest and fresh air, and clean water (all things I immensly enjoy) for my children than a desolate land of sulfuric air...and a couple extra little green pieces of paper in my walet....but how long will it take until we can fix it? Will it be too late?

Our famous hotdog-seller was in Holland today, and I watched his speach on TV. There was one word he used too much: "freedom". It became clear to me, that Bush has twisted the concept of "freedom", and turned it into his own weapon. He uses the word to justify wars, but where is his freedom when phrobiting gay marriages? Where was that idealistic freedom when he banned euthenasia, when he spoke out his disgust of abortion? I would render this man totally incapable of running any country, and certainly not the most powerful in the world. In fact, I wouldn't even trust this man with the lives of my goldfish.

I think that Bush abuses the fact that there are a considerable number of americans that take so much pride in their "freedom" that if he uses that word consistantly then they will back him up. And those people fall into the trap. It also doesn't help that those same people have it "better off" in life and were never able to find the mind capacity to think on their own. I grew up better off and it kills me to even think that my father votes for that bastard. He wouldn't talk to me for a month after the elections. Honestly I didn't care. I was proud that my vote went against that "president" that I dont even consider an american. he is a puppet.

 

I bet Dubya wakes up every morngin and says thanks for the Sept. 11 attacks. He is still using that to psuh his right-wing agenda!

 

Yea i bet you that he wakes up every mourning saying "what the fuck am i going to do". Personally i do not like him nor Kerry. They are both the same way just on certain things like abortion and Gay marriage, split them apart. Personally i like lower taxes not high taxes that why i like Bush, at least he sees that the taxes needed to be dealt with. It is hard to do that but he is trying. Keryry would of rasied taxes and i would be poor. If there is anyone out there who says he is making the U.S. go into debt more so taxes will be more. Save your breath, 1% of taxes goes to the deficit so do not whine. Plus i am high right now so im not sure what iu said, or if it made sense. Im not a Bush supporter nor a supporter of any other group, i just want someone who seems the best for me not the community. I do not really care if im selfish, i want me and my family taken care of, becasue that means there are a good majority that is to.

The lower taxes is a short-term beneficial feature. When the bombs are falling everywhere (Iraq, Korea, China) or if nature is dying (Kyoto), the first thing coming to your mind WON'T be: "Thank God I didn't have to pay high taxes last year!". Kerry might not have been the best candidate, but Bush is a disaster for the world.

 

Yes for the world while Iran makes Nuclear weapons that cause hazards for there people. Come the fuck on, yes bombing China and Korea. If that happend then there would be a war, not like this little operation in Iraq. Yes Bush is a dictator who just wanted to go conquer one of the most uncivilized countries in the world, oh wait there is oil. Thats why are gas prices are still so high.

 

Yea and actually it would be, i really do not care about Iraq, China, and Korea. Ihave been to Korea and China, the U.S. should have gone to china along time ago. Go to Hong Kong some day and you will see the difference between Western democracy and socialism.

 

If a conflict starts between the western world and the East, I wouldn't want a guy like Bush leading "our" side. And you can call Iraq a little operation compared to what a nuclear war would be, but in the end, all war is devestating and ruining life. The Iraq-war (witch can never be won by any side) is on a smaller scale than a great conflict between west and east can be.

I heard Bush said he was "tired of being a war president". Well, there's someone who thinks way too light about war. He's got his prize. Oil. Now he can go on applying mideval ideas about sexuality and freedom in laws.

I wonder what kind of legacy he hopes to create for himself? "The man that led the world towards the edge of destruction"? Well, if we still excist that long.

 

On Demand... This was really about Bush lifting the Ban and all of a sudden you are off about taxes. So you want your family to be better off... no wonder you are standing up for him. I was better off most of my life and miserable. Now I am out on my own and working in a modest paying job but loving every minute of life and going to sleep knowing that today, I helped someone smile. And NO! I dont work at McDonalds. Plus I live in Upstate NY... No matter what my taxes are gonna be high... its not the national taxes im worried about its state. What this is all about is the WHOLE picture. Sure I see what you are saying and understand completely and hey, it could be the weed talking for you but I would have to disagree about Bush's whole administration as well as himself being aloud to walk the earth. And i wouldn't want to punish any other planet either. Except the sun... it was in my eyes while driving today.

 

It's not that bush WANTS to destroy our future. It's just that he doesn't CARE about it, and has alot to GAIN from destroying it.

 

Anybody hear ever heard of John Titor. Supposedly he's from the future, and everything that the Bush administration is doing, Titor said would happen. Now if things continue as they are, we are all going to be effected.
