pretty much anything from the 1st 4 albums is classic Motorhead Overkill Bomber Ace of spades with a special mention for the live No sleep til hammersmith
Yeah this is what i think... but my best is their first album -Motorhead- from 1977 (yes i know that they recorded On parole before but...u know) Their first one has something brutal and they not roll as fast on pills as with the great -Ace of Spades- And with the 1st album i fund some trace of the good old Hawkwind formula...a band that i like very much
i've got 4 songs from their first album (motorhead, 77) 1-"Lost Johnny" : no comment it really rock more than 1000000 good charlotte 2-"White Line Fever" : It's loud , it has a really loud rythmic destroyer 3-"Keep Us on the Road" : Probably my best song of this album 4-"Watcher" : great one ...it has some Hawkwind space metal effect all the rest of the songs of the LP are from the same level... Personally i like all their albums until the 81 classic -Ace of Spades- after... a decade made of shit and plastic music (in the industry in general) and a change of guitarist will affect them...but you will always find a lot of great songs from Motorhead even after 1981... And their last album is quite good
