It has been my experience that polar opposites (ex/ Leo-Aquarius) go very well together, creating a nice balence. However, many astrologers say the opposition creates unnecessary strain on the individuals, which I see in some parent/offspring relationships but not so much in romantic endeavors. Any thoughts?

I am a gemini and I dated a Sag, I was really into him and it ended because he went traveling, typical for Sag's. Anyways, he told me he never fought with a girl so bad before- but when it was good, it was real good- if you know what I mean

    hi there

im water carrier my partner is leo...

we get on great no strain from being
oppsites, its all to do with the whole
person,in a relationship. how you treat each other,
how you trust and be honest and open
how you dont allow outside influences
to pull you apart,,,this is hard believe me.....

but many have said we are well matched
until they see us in a great debate
about life or who should make a cuppa.............
and in a attack on the family we pull together
    perfectly .......ie kids being bullied
red knecks causing trouble against me
or my partner then we stand stronge...

but the strain on most couples is outside
life and all that living has to offer...
to talk about life with each other
and always let your partner know what you feel
whether they like it or not is important for you
to grow with each other.as well as a human
being... never expect anything, life just happens....
i find many people do question
the oppisite signs but its all to do
    with love... truth and understanding
    the oppisite sex,or partner....
    and giving each other space
    to live......

I am a Pisces, and I am always amazed at how I pick Virgos to fall for. It is like a magnetic pull when I see a Virgo girl, (I can usually spot Virgos just by sight). I don't know if this has to do with the fact that I have the empty leg of a t-square in the sign of Virgo. They say that if you have a t-square and someone has a planet opposite the focal planet, that you will find balance and harmony with that person in your life. I got that from Tracy Marks. Anyway, I always am attracted to my opposite sign, and the sign that Pisces is supposed to be best matched with, Scorpio, leaves me cold. Go figure!

I am a scorpio, and unless you have a scorpio moon or acsendant, I would strongly advise you to stick to the virgos! But then again, don't let the virgin symbol fool you, virgo's can be just as heartbreaking. It's funny because I have always been able to spot a taurus as well, and I find that oftenfimes there exists a magnetic attraction which can never be fully captured with words. I'm sure that anyone reading this post may be able to think back to a perfect stranger who effected them in such a way, and perhaps they too have stopped to wonder why...Though I get goofy looks from asking people their birthdays, I find myself doing it more and more often when I meet someone whom I instantly like. This may not happen frequently, but when it does I often find that their sun or moon was in taurus at birth (sometimes scorpio as well). The patterns I'm beginning to notice are undeniably of some significance.
