if it was your very first time... im sure its irritation on the throat... every smoker get a little bit of that especially if you are around a very dry enviroment... only person who can tell you wether or not to continue to smoke is you... thats your choice no one elses

You can also get emphysema from breathing every day polluted air.... so are you gonna stop breathing? or carry around a oxygen tank everywhere you go so you get pure oxygen and have almost absolutely no chance of gettin emphysema??? no... so either smoke or dont... THE END

i dont think you have any of that, dont worry about that stuff, one dont smoke cigs there point less and realy realy bad for you, if you do smoke weed smoke out of glass so far glass is probly the best thing to smoke out of, dont use soda cans of screens made of tin foil, smoking weed on the weekend isnt that bad for you i did that shit for 2 years and im fine, take a couple week break here or there that give time your body to clear up, you might have penomia or bronchitas in general not from smoking or anything people just get that shit, smoking weed is not that bad for you, smoke cig is bad for you, smoking both is very bad, smoke pot a couple times a week chances are you will be fine i know ninja's that have smoked for years and years, im talking like 5 to 30 years one of my firends dad has smoked sence the 70's hes still smoking to this day and hes fine

When you smoke threw tin small particles break off and you inhale them, Aluminum is also known to cause alzhiemers. Jus get a glass pipe for a bong or sumthin. (jus dont buy any expensive glass pipes).

Buddy ok if you smoke weed say a few times a week there is a very small chance that it will effect you physically well or mentally. Every case ive ever heard of that people have smoked a few times a week for their whole lives they dont ahve a single thing happen to them, no trips to the doctors or anthing. so forget cigs smoke weed respectfully and you will be just fine.

Although there isn't any Tin in Aluminum cans :) it is very likely that parts of the aluminum may be inhaled, which can be especially dangerous. I would strongly recommend you use a good glass piece instead of aluminum cans. While there's still a serious health risk with inhaling any form of combusted plant matter, the unknown risks of using aluminum cans is something not to gamble with.

If you smoke anything long enough, including marijuana, you will start to notice unpleasant things like decreased lung capacity, greater difficulty taking deep breaths, etc. Moderate your use.

Edit: One thing that you might find interesting is that applies have been shown to benefit lung function due to their phenol, flavonoid, and soluble and insoluble fiber content. In fact, an apple a day can cut your risk of developing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in half! Although these studies were conducted on tobacco smokers, the health benefits of apples are far-reaching. Apples are delicious and may be good for your lungs, among many other things. One of the best things you can eat, actually. Just a little factoid for you.

everyone is different, ive had chronic bronchitis 3 times before.. and the past 2 weeks i have been hacking up a storm but i hadnt even smoked for a relatively long time before that, i did smoke until like a week went by and it seemed to loosen it up some but i still have a decent cough going, almost 2 weeks later...

i would tryto avoid smoking out of alluminum, it does turn black after you smoke a couple bowls out of it so it probably gives off some toxins, you can taste them to.......

if you feel like you should take a break or your lungs need some rest then by all means i would say go for it,diet and certain things can help reoxidize the lungs actually and prevent cancer or make it take longer to set in, like if you eat a diet rich in antioxidants which are basically fruits and vegetables, that would probably help some...edit-just noticed someone else said somethin like this about apples, i'd try to get organic apples if i were you, apples are known to be found with at least 10 different kinds of pesticides and chemicals in them, which is probably a little counterproductive...
