Is there a website like allmusic.com for books..?

One that has nearly every book listed and reviewed, with pages on authors, biographies, links to similar authors, etc etc?

I want to get into reading more. Thanks.

I read that google is currently making a database of every book ever printed, but I can't find where I read that...

I guess we have to wait.

 

I do like how allmusic.com has that little thingamabob at the top that sorts by all the different things like genre, etc.

The best thing on their site has to be the little meter that tells you the importance of the musician and all of that. I'd like to see something like that on a book site. I love allmusic.com

 

You can also try www.powellsbooks.com it's out of Portland, if it's not there on the site they will help you find it.
