i slept for 16 hours today, and from 4 pm to 10 pm, i've eaten a bowl of fruity pebbles, a dish of ice cream, a waffle, potatoes, apple sauce, a few (about 6 ) handfuls of assorted nuts, aaand some peanut butter, a bite of a green bean.. lots of water a nibble of lettuce, aaand.. i think thats it
Today I had leftover mashed potatoes for breakfast, then I had an omelette and rice, a spoon or two of peanut butter, and yogurt, with a glass of milk for dunch/linner.

You eat a lot more than me and I work outside and do physical labor all day. Hell yeah you eat too much Maybe I just don't eat enough then?

Cool.. now I know and will not forget! Maybe you should try mixing in a load of veg and stuff... like a massive stir fry, that will fill you out a bit
Here's a question, who breaks up there ramen or puts it in the water and keeps the noodles whole? I break it up.
They are called supernoodles here or just someover brand or just plain old noodles... but I used to break them up, then I decided I prefer them whole only it's hard to mix anything into them then... sooo .. well, so. But I only buy plain noodles now because they stick too much shit in the sachets... hmmm.. but my point was????
