Hey y'all. I want to hear some real ghost stories, like stuff that actually happened to you that deals with the supernatural. I don't have very many, as I have never really had much contact with the dead, but I have 2. Here's the first one: Back in august my friend Aleshea had a birthday party. She's into tarot cards, Wicca, new age stuff like that. Well she had a ouija board at the time (I told her to get rid of it later on) and we were all using it. Well there's a girl Fata on there she used to talk to. We were talking to her. There was a space between my friend and another girl, when Aleshea goes "Woah guys, feel this spot right here!" and in that spot between them it was really cold, and in the rest of the area it was fine. This was before I learned of the dangers, so I quit using it after I learned all that stuff about it. Story number 2: My grandma recently passed away in November (R.I.P grandma) and one night after we came home from the funeral parlor I was pretty tired so I went to bed. I had a dream that we were going to a funeral for a person I didsn't even know, and when we got there there was this fancy parlor. There was a gold staircase with red carpeting in the center. I saw my grandma up this staircase and we ran to each other and hugged and talked about things for awhile. Oh wait I have 1 more story, only 1 more I promise. My aunt was sitting at the couch watching TV, and her 2 year old was playing at his litle table. He came up to her and says "Gramma!" and my aunt goes "Yeah, gramma's gone." and he goes "Gramma in heaven!" and she goes "Yes, grandma's in heaven." Then he goes "Gramma's an angel!" and my aunt goes "Yep, grandma's an angel up in heaven." and he goes "Gramma misses juja (what the younger children of my family call my grandpa)" and my aunt goes "I'm sure she does. Who told you that?" and he goes "Gramma!" Well, sorry this post was so long.
Hi Soaring Eagle ... I guess we are all kinda supernatural ... it is just that some of us do manifest in the physical and some don't ... coming and going and changing on ... be it ghosts or guinea pigs or just you and me and the one next to you. And we can add whatever ... goose pimples, or just love. But whatever we choose as reaction, all we are asked is - does it feel true to the innermost. And this is what it is about. Deeper inside we know ... we are all spirit and all connected and there is no fear. And whatever ghosts we meet in life they all just ask us to honor the wonder and fragility of life and be true to who we are and in this not confine our own self. Now I wonder if this is this a real ghost story or not.
We atleast have an instinct that warns us if something dead is wandering in the facility. I went with some friends to an old graveyard at night at played hide and seek. The entire time I was at that place I felt watched and had a heavy feeling on my chest. There were also thing jumping in the trees. Shadows propably ravens or crows but very spooky. The game hide and seek is not a good game to play at night in a graveyard. Especially when you are the one who is seeking. We were also stoned.
hmm not sure how old this is but i'll post my ghost story well actually somethign my mom told me, anyway when i used to live in ontario, my mom used to always hear a little baby crying, so she would come into my room and i'd be playing with my trucks or whatever and she was like "who is crying" and i would be like "The kid who is here" and she would just be confused and leave, then finally she asked me to describe him, and i said his face looked like he was burnt, and a few days later my mom told one of the next door neighbors about it and they said a little boy died in a fire in my house. kinda creepy
One of my friends used to live in a little town called Indian Head. He told me these stories. Once his mother got sick, and his grandparents came to stay with them until his mother got better. The grandparents moved into his room, and my friend took the spare bed in his little brother's room. One night, he woke up and his brother had kicked off all of his covers. My friend got up, crossed the room, pulled the covers over his little brother and went back to his bed. While in bed he watched as the covers tucked themselves in around his brother, and heard his brother mumble in his sleep "Thank you". In the morning my friend asked his brother who he was thanking, and his brother said "The Nurse. Sometimes she sings to me when I can't sleep". A week later, my friend was sitting in the living room watching TV. Behind the TV was a very wide and very tall wall. Behind the wall was a staircase that started in the kitchen, ran behind the living room wall and eventually led to the upstairs, taking several turns as it did so. Sitting there, watching TV, he saw a hazy figure, dressed in white and carrying a tray, come out of the wall where the stairs turned to run paralle to the living room. His older brother told me about how sometimes at night the cat jump would jump up into bed with him, and begin the "knead" the area behind his legs. He would always reach down to give the cat a few pets before falling back asleep. One night he reached down, but the cat wasn't there. He turned on the bedside lamp, and he could clearly see the indent of where the cat was, and could feel the weight of the cat against his upper thighs, but there was no cat. Freaked out, he called the cat's name, but there was no response. He called the cat again, and the cat came around the corner, into the room and froze. The cat stood in the middle of the room and looked at the spot where the indent in the blankets was. The cat's fur stood on end, it's back arched, and it hissed loudly before running quickly from the room. Obviously, my friend was freaked out. He went to the local library to see if he could find any local history about the house, and found out that the house had been a private TB hospital, and even found the original floor plans! The stairs had originally continues straight into what was now the living room. It wasn't until the late '70's that the staircase had been changed to end in the kitchen. He also found some pictures of the house, and it's inhabitants... one of the pictures featured a little girl holding a cat. freaky eh'? Those stories still give me chills.
True ghost stories are so very cool. One about my husband: a couple years before we met, he was about 18 or 19, he woke up one night at like 2am and swore he saw a figure of a child, kindof glowing beside his bed. It was pitch black in his room and yet he could see this child clear as day. The little boy (about 8, he figured) was trying to tell him something, and he could feel the boy tugging at his blanket, but wasn't making a noise. Obviously this just weirded him right out. He looked away and looked back, completely awake now, and the boy was still there. He looked away again, for a bit longer, looked back and the boy was gone. Now a bit of a creepier thing: Just for kicks, he and I pulled out my ouija board, and we were trying to 'contact' this supposed ghost, we were sitting in the room at night where my husband saw him, only with a lit candle and some paper to write things down, and we couldn't get him to spell his name but when we asked how old he was, the ouija board pointed out between 8 and 9, and we asked him if he died, the board said yes, and then we asked how, and the board pointed to the letters HSFR which we can only figure could mean 'house fire' since that's the constanents in that word, and it's the only thing that remotely makes sense.
I'm a medium, and thus have plenty of stories, but I'm currently rather tired and thus will only post a few stories. A few years back, when I was just getting into mediumshi (and I could barely channel!) I was out for a walk. I had just stepped off the curb and started to walk across the street when a car came speeding twoards me. As I saw the car I felt a strong hand grip my shoulder and pull me back to the curb, hurdling me onto my butt and out of harms way, as i turned around to thank whoever had saved me I saw no one. I looked up and down the street, only to find I was alone. I sensed a presence there, and whoever it was, I am forever grateful for. When I was little my cat, Lukey, was hit by a car and died, but ever since then I still see him wandering my halls at times, as clear as if her were living. I also feel him on my legs sometimes when I sleep. Sometimes, I seriously can feel his fur! He's my family's little gaurdian I guess! I'll try to post more later.
If anything living have a soul and as they say, and it is the soul that haunts you... This opens whole new dimention to this shit, now you can actually be haunted by a plant???
hey i have a few little ghostey stories i can tel you guys about. i used to know this girl who has this house inside a grave yard. it was where the old offices used to be, and her mum and stepdad brought it cause it was really cheap (i wonder y?) it was a amazing house like in the morning you looked out of the window and just say grass, and graves, it was good in the windter relly eerie and spookey. and was shut up hazel get back to the storey. rite ok well she has this house and one night we had been out for a bit and got back at around 11.30ish (we had just been on a date with her b/f and a blind date for me( we were in her dining room and all of a sudden a pair of plyers flew of the table, me being me just said it must have been then wind. we thought whoever it was didnt want the boys in the house so we got rid of the quite quickly. And this one isnt really a ghost storey its just something pretty freaky. i had this dog he was a irish wolf hound cross lab, called Tom he was my baby, we got him as i wanted him cause when i was younger i was in and out of hospital so mum said i could have a dog, he was about 13 when we had to have him put to sleep as he had arthitis and things (the saddest day of my life .and now i feel like crying) on the day he got put down i took our other dog Milo out for a long walk. the day after i had my first date with my ex boyfriend we went bowling i was still very very upset but it was my 3rd go and i fell over and dislocated my leg. i think it was Tom who did this to take my mind of things, cause he used to be with me all the time even at night, and believe me after i did my leg i didnt have the time to think much about him. it doesnt make me upset about my leg at all i kind of feel warm cause i think he did it. even if he didnt it was just strange that it happened the day after. and im pretty sure it was around the sam etime as well give or take 1/2 a hour. im blabbering on now,
I know this one sounds like something lame I've just made up, but it's really true I swear... Me and the rest of my family was in some 'holiday cottage' on a little island. One night both my parents were a sleep and me and my sis were watching the telly. Sudenly I caught a glimse of something outside the window, so I looked at my sis and said 'hey, did you just...' and she went 'yeah what the fuck was that' and then we were both like 'freaky... '... Then when we were about to go to bed, we locked the outer door and I went to our room to 'change'. Suddenly I heard a noise as if the outerdoor was beeing opend, and I though 'meh, probably just sis' but I just had to go look anyways, then when I went in to the hallway, my sis comes out of the bathroom I asked her about it, and she said she thought it was me... Now here's the part that sounds kinda fruity, this only happend one night of al the time we were there and it was the only night we didn't have any garlic??? Also the people that had rented the place before us had left somewhat earlier than planned, guess they didn't like garlic
