Friend of mine ate a tripple stacked roll. a real one, weighed like 3.8. ad he's done it once before, a single blue cherry (single stack). Anyways, he ate half, then went on a nature walk about 15km, and the other half when he finished the walk( 4 hours later). Now, it was chilly out so, i guess that it was ok, and he was drinking fluids. But he got a headache from it, which returns every night for the last 7 days. Its right in the center top point of his head.

I been telling him to go in to doctor, but he wont listen. So I'd like to know what it is, like a whole or some shit. I figued it would take a few uses. I'm just concerned for him thats all, and never experienced anything like what he is saying.

Headache is the only thing going. always in same area though.

The size of the pill has absolutely nothing to do with the quality or measure of the contents.

He may have either eaten a PMA-containing pill, or he maybe experiencing symptoms of a stroke. He should get another pill from the same batch and have it tested, and should also make a visit to a physician. More than likely what he's experiencing are early warning signs of a stroke, but you'll need to post more information on his other drug habits (particularly amphetamine-related ones) for anyone to make a solid guess.

Exactly how bad was his coke habit? Regular use over an extended period of time can cause severe circulatory problems and greatly lower a user's stroke threshold. If he begins experiencing a numbing sensation in his face that creeps along his head and down one side of his body, a strobing in his vision, he becomes clammy and sweaty, or if his pupils each dilate to a different size, he should check himself into the hospital. After 3 or 4 hours of such symptoms he could experience serious brain damage and eventually death.

Has he had his face checked by a physician? He definitely needs to talk to a doctor, no doubt about it. Falling asleep during a stroke would be suicide; if he's experiencing such symptoms he needs to stay awake until they subside completely.

If your friend won't go to the hospital, I'd advise that he start taking a regular dose of Aspirin everyday and stay well-hydrated at all times. Staying active and stretching often will also help increase bloodflow, and he needs to avoid using any stimulants at all costs.
