will be beaten senseless. I am sick and tired of the low carb bandwagon. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to eat a big plate of spaghetti with garlic bread, a couple beers and cake for dessert!!
I too hate when people say low carb. It's true eliminating carbohydrates made from white flour, is better for you and will guide in weight loss, but the truth is that we need carbs for fuel. We just need to eat more whole wheat. Protein is good, but eating too much red meat has been linked with cancer and heart disease. It's interesting to hear that good old Dr Atkins has heart disease himself.
Low low low caaaarrb, low low low caaaarrb! He he he! Well, I's was on the Atkins diet, and I's losta lotsa weight. But I's off the diet now, and the weight's still off, so that's good.
he he he heh heh heh ha hahaa haaha ahahah ! ahaha! AHAHA AHAHAHAHHHH AHAHAHAHA HAHAHA!!! (Starts laughing like the predator at the end of predator) Grenade's gots 2 seconds till it goes off. Think ya can make it newo?? AHHAHAHA HAHAHA AHAHAH!
I too was on atkins for awhile till I got sick of having pee that smelled like...I don't know what that weird smell was. Anyway I lost weight too, but felt like crap and don't like to eat much meat. Yes it is true about needing carbs and those atkins people are always going back on induction. I lost far more weight (over 100 lbs.) eating healthy, brown rice, whole grains, low fat dairy, loads of fruit and veggies and a very small amount of meat occasionally. I am sick of hearing it too..its just one bigass fad..and now that the food manufactures are all on the bandwagon they are starting their lies and mislabeling stuff, finding bullshit loopholes...as always. the now even more beautiful... teepi
I'm sick and tired of the whole low carb thing too. Check this out..... http://www.illwillpress.com/fatkins.html
Hmmm....crazy how history repeats itself...last decade it was the "low fat"/"fat free" thing....::sigh::... Just eat your veggies kiddies...stop getting BRAINWASHED!
I got this stir fry the other day and was upset when I saw the low-carb advertising on the package, it's always been low carb.
