Well today at school I was called to the office. I thought it was because I skipped on Thursday plus stole some bikes, but it wasn't. He was talking to me about Marijuana. He said that 90% of the kids in my school say I deal it (Which I dont) though I do smoke it at school sometimes. That means I cant get high at school anymore and he said if the rumours continue, I wont be able to go to the same school next year.
How would they know that 90% of the school thinks you deal it? Did they secretly poll everyone? Not likely. And I also doupt they can ban you from a school because of simple rumours. There just trying to scare you.
Not only are they trying to scare you.. They are trying to make you fess up to it! Dont show fear.. They cant do anything to you on a rumor.. HOWEVER I wouldnt carry any at school anymore.. The ONE thing they can do is have cops come there and search you.. Shitty way to go down... Save the herbs for before and after school.. Trust me on this.. Happened at my school... That is bull shit, Im sure like 2 people said that you were dealing, you need to stand up and be like well im sure you couldnt have gotten the whole school to take a poll to find out if I deal or not but you cannot acuse me of anything when you have no proof besides some kids that have nothing to with their life and are just fucking with mine.
That is what I was going to do..if any teacher or anyone talks to me about it again ill do that. I was also thinking that too...how would he know 90% say I deal it. I've never been caught with it at school and no point in checking my locker because I dont even use it. When he said that, I didnt act like I did smoke it or deal it but I didnt stick up for myself much...i wish I did now but I had some in my pocket at the time so I was a little afraid.
Remember, it's not what they know, it's what they can prove. They can know that you are moving half-o's through that school every day but unless they got some actual herbage from you they are fucked.... My friend got away with dealing coke and shit, even snorting it off of desks based on this principle.
No, they really aren't, they just make you think they are. ferinstance they don't have the right to search you without your parents there (if you request it) they don't have the right to make you incriminate yourself, they don't have the right to force religion on you, they don't have the right to search your property unless you are there, and under all circumstances they do not have a right to even touch you.
Good points, but you have to admit, they almost have more athority over searchs then the police. The police can't randomly search you or your property with out a warrent or consent, schools can.
no they cant. they cannot just start reaching into your pockets and patting you down. unless there's a police officer. which, there always is. there's one who works at my school. i call him officer friendly. he's not friendly at all. and he lies before he'll tell the truth
