todays my second day fasting but i fucked up last night and had a few beers...and then pizza so i gueess todays my first day fasting im not supposed to eat today or tommorow because i have to get a simple surgery on monday
y'know... something like 95% of dieters regain the weight they lost or more within a year.... exercising is much better.
i have a cast im not supposed to do any type of physical activity so i just have to be super careful because i put on almost every pound i lost in the past few months and i gave away all my fat clothes
diets to lose weight generally arent healthy and dont stick....... maybe look into fasting, its really fun after the first few hours and you start to feel high and its very healthy too, not that getting high sometimes isnt or go vegetarian or vegan and stop eating animals, that is an excellent and very good step toward good health, gives you a diet your more likely to stick to because its a very moral and ethical choice that most people could not convieve of turning back on once they make that change in their lifestyle. i lost like 30 pounds totally unintentionally and didnt even notice it for like a couple months when i stopped eating animal products and ate more fruits veggies and whole grains and did a couple fasts, feel a lot better too, more energetic and my digestive system seems to work a loooooot smoother.
If a diet is that horrible, then it's not worth continuing. In fact, no one should, "diet". All one needs to do is adapt to eating healthy and exercising.
