What do you think will be some of the major events in the next 50 years. What kind of technological advances do you see being made?

l predict:

Underwear that have "Odor Blockers" built into the back panel of the garment.

The first artificially inseminated male will "give birth".

Orbital resorts and flights.

 

I would personally like to offer up my boyfriend as the guinea pig.

 

there better be some flying cars in the next 50 years!

 

We run out of oil

Food and water becomes scarce

Nuclear war

Bugs mutate and take over the world

 

I could envision people encorporating various computerized devices into their bodies. I suppose that people have already begun to do that with devices such as pacemakers, but I can imagine them going much more extreme. Perhaps they will have programs similar to the antivirus programs that we have on our computers to scan the body for viruses and other illnesses.

 

civilization collapses and we go back to the midevil times. Time to pull out my classical guitar.

i predict that i dont care because even though ive done bad things and am not "innocent", im so niave and innocent that i cant deal with this fucked up world anymore.

it's just gonna get worse and worse. i see a VERY bleak future for me and everyone else.

 

i was thinking more along the lines of simple smells such as foods and stuff.

but im sure there are pervs out there who wouldnt mind smelling pornos

 

the first movie in smellavision ....odorama ....[i.e. with a numbered scratch n sniff card and corresponding numbers flashed on screen ] was a john waters movie ...think it was polyerter or hairspray
