ok so last week i checked out my sellers account to see how much i owed ebay. it said i owed around $8. so then 2 days ago i went to pay it and it only said i owed around $4.....which was strange because i never paid anything yet. so i went ahead and paid the $4 with paypal and then afterward looked into my acct profile and it showed that i had paid all my fees in full and there was nothing pastdue or anything left to pay. my accout showed a negative -$8 as if i had paid $8. i checked paypal and of course paypal only showed the $4 that i actually paid. so....what happened to the other $4 that i owed? and why is it showing as paid already when i never paid it? i guess im not complaining.....but i'm curious cause it's strange.
They probably deducted it from your Bank account (the $4, because that was how much was owed on their billing cut-off date...1st or 15th)...so when you used paypal to pay the other $4, it showed that on your pp account but your ebay account said 8 had been paid.
oh ok. i didn't know they automatically take the money...i thought that if you didn't pay on time then they tack on late fees.......thanks.
