Is it worth it?

    To all of you that sew--is selling your creations online/on Ebay worth it? Do you profit?

    I do i think....i mean...sometimes the things i make take me forever but i dunno if its cuz of my kids or all the pot i smoke or what...
    as far as farbic costs..i am a fabric junkie..i have tons i have collected and am always buying more...for me..its really just a hobby..n if i can make a few bucks off it then thats freakin sweet too.. ;)

    Ebay is an online flea market... plainly put. If you sell anything old on Ebay... you get your money out of it. Clothing and jewelry are tough on ebay unless you have something unique. All you can do is try. Give as much info on your items as you can and always use multi pics and good ones at that.

    I dont think monet wise that it is worth it. but I agree. there is something joyus about giving someone your creations and watching them appreciate it immensley

    If e-bay doesn't work that well then, how else do you go about it? I wanted to do the whole e-bay thing too, but e-bay is sketchy, sometimes even the most beautiful stuff is never sold...even when it's cheap. It's hard to predict.
