Bring the masses together under one name and you’ll have a utopia, you bring the masses to worship one being, you have peace, you bring the masses to unity in every form from religion to the products consumed, leaving out the middle class aristocrats that don’t have it that bad because their product is in every half priced store. You do this you are a god. People open their eyes to see the world around them, when they see the promised unity contrasted against the war, poverty, hate, crime they shrug their shoulders and in their mind they go “This could work, this I could live for.” What they don’t realize is they will be sacrificing their freedom, their choice, and their identity for the sake of something that will only be controlled not annihilated. Think of the wars that would outbreak before the iron hand of complete dictatorship; think about the “terrorist” that would try to “destroy” this “utopia”. Its slowly taking shape, some people don’t even notice it, notice that their children’s lives will be nothing but clones and drones. I find it funny that we have had many major wars over this, and at the same time we have had countless numbers of civil wars because people didn’t want a unified “utopia” I’m against war by all means, but sadly a world with out war would be a dictatorship, war is needed. It is needed to purge the world of separatist it purges the world of dictators. There will never truly be a utopia on this earth until a greater being comes and shows the human race how to run the earth. Even then people would resist such a being for lack of wisdom and knowledge, so even then there would be war. In this fight to become gods the government overlooks the people for their own gain, you bring in unity, one religion, one of anything you are a god. You destroy unity, religion, any system out there you are bringing chaos. There is a delicate balance that is being upheld by the human race. That balance is controlled by the god that controls war the god that controls people, the god that controls the world’s economy that god is the government. We must ask our selves though, is it the god that will destroy the delicate balance, or the god’s worshipers and followers.
Some say War is the Destructive Force at work on a human level, the Shiva force that maintains the balance..... I say that there is indeed a create-and-destroy energy cycle, but conscious destruction need not be considered essential. In other words, while Death at this time may not be preventable, War certainly is. If we must have an antagonistic force in our lives, we can find a better substitute to replace War....
With out war Hitler would of had Europe, with out war Neapolean would of had Europe, with out war America would of had Canada, with out war Britian would still have America, and with out war there would be a One World Goverment.
That's about revolution, not war. At any rate, war has two sides to it. the first side is a simple animalian instinct, fighting for resources. Two dogs and one bone: there's going to be a fight (or a "political" negotiation based on status, basically nonviolent war). This isn't really wrong in a sense, because each has a right to live, and if I am wanting for food and another has it, I'd not consider it immoral to fight for food, even stealing it with violent actions. Likewise, a war of defense is not immoral, as again, each has a right to live, and the man I'm stealing food from has a right to fight to keep it. The other side of war is greed. It's a sort of extension of the first aspect, but goes beyond the principle of "need" and reaches into "want." Is the war being fought over the necessaries of food or water resources, or is it being fought because the king wants more gold, lumber, oil, or even prestige? That would be greed. It could be, like with the war between the Greeks and Troy, over a woman: that's still greed, because the woman is like a possession to be held and jealously guarded. The king's ego was hurt when the woman was taken. (things get fuzzy here, because fighting for love can seem justified. I'd have to ponder this before coming to any conclusions). Maybe greed is the wrong word, too narrow; ego could better describe it, selfish disregard for others when such is not warranted (as with a starving man fighting for food). So, we can say Hitler and the Nazis were unjustified in their war of agression, but the nations attacked were not immoral in their warlike reaction. (one wonders about the true motives for either side in any war, and can question whether the defenders were really so pure, but it's conjecture, plus, it's just an example here).
War is an obvious statement that we are not working together. Which is an obvious statement that people aren't thinking through their probelms.
