I have talked with some folks interested in forming community here in Croatia and we agreed to start co-op in 5-6 months when some members will be good for bank credit. It will be 3 homes (for now!) with 5 adults and 4 children. Land will be communal and we will grow our own food, but families will own private houses. Dude asked ''what's with that community'' Well, we are still on the same position. We are waiting for buddy to get bank loan in about 3-4 months. In the meantime, as you see, nobody show interest. We will be probably looking for already existing farm because of children. Where are you from? Is anything like that available in your area? p.s. please write in english, this is international forum. btw, i live in a sort of community in holland now, 12 people living on 1 property we have a shop, that's our income, and we grow our own food. we all have a little 'appartment' in what used to be the stables of the farm.
