I THINK BULL FIGHTING HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST "SPORT" EVER!!! u can even call it a sport its just crulty to animals!!! i think the torero's and the matatored are panzies its not a fair fight. even if the bull wins it STILL GETS gutted. The torero is spoused to shove a sword down the spinal shaft and kill the bull instantly after 25 to 30 minutes of tortureing this deffensles animal i guess it is an aspect of culter but.... its terrible!!!

It actually still is common in Spain, but not necessarily as he explained it. The bulls gore men often, so is that cruelty to humans? I don't necessarily agree with it, but at least the bulls go to a good cause. They, as well as the bulls from the running of the bulls in Pamplona, are given to the poor. That's much better than what can be said of sport hunting.

I would think animal rights people would like bullfighting. The Bulls get to fight to defend themselves like gladiators. Turkeys don't get that kinda chance before their shot. You're right, bulls do have feelings... those feelings are wanting to have sex with cows and wanting to graise, and probably to gore people. It's very precise killing of an animals that live much better then cows raised to be meat. Any long suffering is because of a poor performance of the bullfighter the sport is about precision.
