Hey, just wondering if you vacuum packed some joints twice if the scent would still be tracable by dogs? Anyone know about shipping it?
It would obviously get through in a vacuum bag but it depends where it's shipped from. Customs often make random checks so no matter how well sealed it is you could still get caught. I often recieve innocent and legal packages from Holland and no matter whats in side 9 times out of 10, customs have opened them, re-sealed it and sent it to me. If your caught not only will you be busted but your name and address will be ''black listed''. If you live with your parents they will also be black listed and will have a knock on effect. All in all, there is nothing to gain and everything to lose if posting marijuana or hash through the mail. You stand a better chance of it getting through if the package is posted and recieved in the same country.
In Australia, people have been wrapping ALL their luggage in vacuum bags because our customs tend to plant a lot of things in people's luggage.

actually... the scent shouldnt be traceable...... i mean its vaccuum sealed... meaning all air was pulled out of the bag... and is well sealed.... if theres no air in the bag theres no room for aroma to waif around.... should be scentless
Well, not sure if there's the option. Regular lettermail from Canada (BC to VA be exact).... meaning it's all machine processed and they have to sort through billions of letters of mail. It'll just look like thick letters if it's wrapped in paper well and vaccuum packed. I don't think anyone touches the letter until it gets to my zipcode anyway, or so I've heard. I've been told you can't smell it at all, but I'm just wondering about dogs, mainly. I would assume it would be pretty difficult, but there's always that slight possibility. I've had customs open packages before and steal shit out of them then mail them empty... wtf. I'm sure joints would be easier to send than hash, since the scent probably wouldn't be as strong. Don't get me wrong, this isn't just regular ol' skunk... it should be a lesser scented strain, BC grown, so... I'm just really uneasy and paranoid.
Add some orange peels and dont use a legitimate return address to protect you the sender.Receiver of denies knowlege of expected receipt if contents are discovered.I have sent many care packages with only one never arriving.
