Kitaro, don't feel dumb, if you need something, just ask for it, but I have to explain it in english, my little Portuguese is not very good yet.
If you wont to post pics, you just need to have them on the Internet, I mean, those photos have to be saved inside one site on the Internet and put the link to that photo in the message where you want to post it. The icon, here in the hipforums, that you have to click to write the link towards the photo is a yellow one with a mountain and a sun drawn inside.

I hope this little post can help you.
