    hi Stone,

One way to try and approach it could be to think of the dream and it's elements as a part of yourself.

A few ideas that come to mind are how black and white is usually a way of seeing things as extremes. Sometimes buildings in dreams have to do with your way of thinking about a related area of life, so maybe part of the message here has to do with religion or spirtuality in some way. Are these things that you ever think about? Best,

    MK

I would concur with mkc414 about the angle of religion and spirituality. A cathedral is a very religious setting, and gargoyles are usually found carved into cathedrals.

thats absoulty true, maybe the face you are drawing is the 'face' of the religion (kinda like jumping to conclusions) by the by, what did the face look like? what emotions was the face projecting?
