Vegetarian house or land mates wanted on ten exquisite acres north of Memphis

I'm looking for vegetarian house or land mates to come live in my house or on my land, which is on ten exquisite acres in Arlington, TN. (north of Memphis). The land is not forested, and is fertile, has a pond, a creek, is set way back from the road and has pear, plum, and peach trees, and a horse stall.


Here's what I'm after:
NON-smokers only
vegetarian, vegan, or raw
You will be paying rent, of course, so you must have savings and/ or a job or job skills. THis is no free ride for all the 18-25 yr.old dreamers I've seen on this site. It's not a crash pad for wanderers. I'm not opening a free hotel.

You can bring farm animals, grow food, work at home, commute, ride mtn. bikes, love, laugh, play music, etc.....as long as its legal and harms NO one and NO animal.

Ideally, I'd eventually like to have a small group of people living together like the co-op I lived in in Madison, Wi....but I'm a lot older now, so that's harder to find.

Right now, I just want a housemate or two, or landmate. But, the community thing is a goal.
